I have scoured the internet for solutions but this kind of problem on a google search seems to be only happening in windows xp so i have as yet been unable to fix. In device manager it had correctly identified my camera and was under mobile devices.
i looked in device manager and the camera had been recognised as a usb-ptp device (with the yellow triangle of course) so i right clicked and tried to reinstall driver,deleted driver and scanned for hardware changes,etcīut all to same result.When i right click and select properties in the dialogue box it says the driver is not installed code 18. I plugged the camera into my laptop and it installed the driver no problem and informed me my xp30 was now ready to use, and Now the window will show you all the permissions of the WindowsApps folder.
